- Fol. 1. Part of the proceedings of a commission appointed to investigate the malpractices of one Gilbertus in connexion with the church of Cosham in Hampshire (mid 14th cent.)
- Fol. 2. historical notes relating to England in 1265, 1336, and 1338
- Fol. 3. a fragment of an official French document dated March 5, 1549. The rest is blank paper
Additions: fol. 7, a parchment leaf containing the conclusion of a Latin theological piece, written late in the 13th cent., and signed, by Conradus de Cella; also (fol. 8) a modern transcript of the colophon: presented by mr. F. W. Haldinstein of Christ Church, June 13, 1914.
