Copy of the visitation of Devon and Cornwall in 1530–1531, by Thomas Tonge, Norroy and afterwards Clarencieux; containing the pedigrees of about 116 families, with their arms in trick, [1530–1531]

The visitation has no heading or date, but the latter is ascertained from the mention (at fols. 76, 115) of the then existing priors of the monasteries of Hartland, Frestoke and Launceston, John Prust, Thomas Parr and John Baker, who held their respective offices in the years mentioned above, in which years, according to the list of visitations in Noble's History of the College of Arms, Tonge's visitation took place.
