Manuscripts relating to English history, including:

  1. Papers relating to heraldry.
  2. English pedigrees, with notes of arms, in twelve closely written volumes; with indices prefixed to the first seven. Compiled by Thomas Wilkinson, vicar of Waltham St. Lawrence, Berkshire, 17th century.
  3. Collections by Rawlinson for a history of the members of Eton College (4 volumes), 18th century.
  4. Papers relating to Dorset, 16th-17th century, including an assessment for the hearth-tax throughout the county of Dorset, due at Michaelmas, 1664.
  5. Papers relating to Durham, 17th-18th century.
  6. Papers relating to London, 14th-18th century, including papers relating to St. Paul's Cathedral.
  7. Collection of papers relating to various proceedings in ecclesiastical courts, particulary the Consistory Court of London, in seven volumes, 17th-18th century.
  8. Papers relating to Oxfordshire, 17th-18th century.
  9. Papers relating to Sussex, 16th-17th century.
  10. Papers relating to Ireland, 14th-18th century.

The manuscripts are mainly English, Latin and French, but also include some other European languages.
