A revised and altered copy from the original MS., prepared for the press, with notes and remarks by the transcriber (apparently the former possessor, T. Haywood,) and two other writers. The author is ascertained to have been John Pordage, M.D., from the following data. He is mentioned as a disciple of Jacob Boehm (fols. 45b, 51b); is continually alluded to as "the Dr."; and, which establishes the fact of his identity, reference is twice made (fols. 6b, 21) to a work by him…
