A nearly complete draught on parchment of a deed between Lewes Steuings of Braunton and Richard Lyell of Bishop's Teignton, both in Devon, about land at East Teignmouth, Feb. 24, 12 Charles II (1659/60, probably really 1660). This was formerly used as a cover for the loose papers forming the volume.
