These are the basis of Dr. Lee's published History of the Prebendal Church of the Virgin Mary at Thame (London, 1883), but are of wider scope, and are described on a printed sheet at fol. 3 of MS. Top. Oxon. c. 3.

They contain drawings, transcripts of records, abstracts of wills, many pedigrees, letters and the like, partly printed.
