Thomas Tanner (1674-1735) was bishop of St. Asaph and an antiquary.

Custodial History

These three volumes were Fairfax MSS. from Leeds Castle, acquired by sir Thomas Phillipps in 1831: nos. 10425, 10426, 10429 in his library.
