A list of medireval owners of manors in Oxfordshirc, with reference to the deeds in the Bodleian: no doubt compiled by mr. W. H. Turner when he was calendaring the Charters and Rolls in the Library. But the lists are naturally very incomplete, the average number of entries under each manor being perhaps three.

There is an index of manors at fol. 158v.

Biographical / Historical

William Henry Turner (d.1880), an Oxfordshire antiquary, was engaged on work for the Bodleian Library from 1870 until his death on 30 June 1880.
