The second volume of Sir Henry Spelman's Concilia (1066-1530), as stated by Dugdale on fol. iii, 'The originall Copye of Sir Henry Spel-man's Councells vol: 2.' Many transcripts are begun (e.g. fols. 7, 9, 25, 31) by Spelman and continued by secretaries, but headings throughout and underlining in red ink as well as part of the text, are by Dugdale (e.g. fol. 1).
