Annals of the church of Lichfield from its foundation to 1559, copied in July 1661 by Thomas Barlow from the original written in 1570 (fol. iiiv):

  1. Beg. 'Exigit a me tua charitas' (fol. 1)
  2. Antiquarian notes headed 'Memoriale ex archivis ecclesie Lichfield' (fol. 52) are stated by Barlow (fol. 51v) to have been written by William Paule, dean of Lichfield, in December 1662
  3. Fols. 21-32v are not by Barlow
