- Beg. 'Exigit a me tua charitas' (fol. 1)
- Antiquarian notes headed 'Memoriale ex archivis ecclesie Lichfield' (fol. 52) are stated by Barlow (fol. 51v) to have been written by William Paule, dean of Lichfield, in December 1662
- Fols. 21-32v are not by Barlow
