Custodial History

Said by Sir Thomas Phillipps (note on pastedown) to have been bought at the sale of Austin Cooper's library in Dublin (Edward Maguire, 21 Feb. 1831), but not found in that catalogue; Phillipps MS. 25222; Sotheby's, 27 June 1938, part of lot 245.
