Copy, made for A. C. Ducarel (1713-1785) and annotated by him, of answers of fifty-one Essex incumbents to an ecclesiastical questionnaire of 1705, numbered 172-222 in a contemporary hand. The original answers for the whole country, known as the 'Notitia parochialis', are Lambeth MSS. 960-965.
