Biographical / Historical

Henry Russell (1783-1852), the second baronet, was resident at Hyderabad in 1810. He was the son of Sir Henry Russell, first baronet, and his wife Anne Barbara. For further details see his father's entry in the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography.
