(fol. 1) Letters, notes by Asquith of meetings, and a memorandum by Lord Robert Cecil, concerning a proposed realignment or reconstruction of the Liberal Party, in which Lord Grey of Fallodon should take a leading part. There is a letter from Grey of 20 Oct. 1920, but the rest of the papers are of June-Aug. 1921
