Correspondence, memoranda and press cuttings concerned mainly with the colonial hospitals at Port of Spain and San Fernando. Correspondence is chiefly with Colonial Office (H. J. Read, H. R. Cowell, H. Beckett, Henry Moore, P. Rogers, F. R. Fairclough) but there are also letters from the Surgeon General (K. S. Wise), the Colonial Secretary (A. W. Seymour) and copy despatches from governors (H. A. Byatt, A. C. Hollis, Hubert Young).
