Mr. Berkeley seems a very honest man, but not a man of extraordinary understanding; the English Envoy has publicly told how he has desired the Prince and Princess to forbid Dr. Burnet their presence; the writer hears that the King reckons him (Dr. S.) too zealous for the Church of England.
