Notarial instrument, executed by Will. Lordoner (?) at Aberdeen, testifying that on that day, "within the duelling hous of Alex. Dennesone, burges of Aberd., lyand on the eist syd of the Bredgat," Richard Maitland, as proctor for James, Lord Ogilvy of Airlie, tendered to Will. Leslie, D.D., Principal of King's College, and Will. Gordoune, M.D., Professor there, the sum of 300 marks as the rents due to the College from certain lands, which they refused to accept as being insufficient; witnessed by George Andersonne, student in Auld Aberd., John Kilgour, messenger there, and his two sons John and James Kilgour, 30 May 1635
