Draft of a letter from Foxe to some nobleman, accompanying a copy of his letter to the Privy Council in behalf of the Dutch Anabaptists who were condemned to be burned in 1575, and adding that he had since been informed by some lawyers that it was somewhere noted that a heretic condemned by the archbishop in a provincial council might be delivered to the secular power to be burned or otherwise punished, but that this provision does not apply to the present case, Date not recorded at time of cataloguing
