  1. Against Thomas Rogers, of Ockham, Surrey, for stopping up a high-way there, 1591.
  2. Against Brian Darcy, of Tolleshunt, Essex, for non-repair of a bridge at Witham, to which he is bound by the tenure of his manor of Bennyngtons; 1576.
  3. Against Edward Snelling for murdering in the house of Walter Browne, gentleman, in Paternoster Row, one Rob. Barlee who had won a cloak of him at the game called "tables;" 1590–1591.
