Attributed to Sir Walter Raleigh. It contains a reply to a tract [by Thomas Digges, Muster-Master-General of Q. Elizabeth's forces in the Low Countries] entitled, "A breef discourse what orders were best for repulsing of forraine force if at any tyme they should invade us in Kent or elswhere;" of which a copy is given by Raleigh at the outset of his reply (fol. 113b.)
