Bibliography

An outline of the Instructions with reference to the German Princes is printed, in French, in vol. ii. of the Mémoires de Duplessis-Mornay (in octavo. Par. 1824), where, at p. 292, reference is made to "ung memoire plus ample dont il (Segur) est chargé," which is doubtless the above paper.
