  • For an account of Duald Mac Firbis see Dr. O' Donovan's preface to the Genealogies, etc. of Hy-Fiachrach , (in quarto. Dubl. 1844.) pp. vi–xii, where it is said that he wrote an account of Irish writers, not then known to the editor as existing.
