Prefixed is a dedication (half of which has been torn away) to sir Will. Cordall, knt., Master of the Rolls, dated "from my countrye studie at Yarmouth, last of August, 1575."

This MS. copy ends at the words "abuser is that—," which occur on p. 24 of that edition; up to that point, the MS. is somewhat fuller than the printed text.
