At the end are the following papers relating to the parish of St. Mary Woolnoth, London:

  1. (fols. 151, 152) Account of Edm. Rolfe, churchwarden, for sums received for burials in 1677–1678, and of payments made by him.
  2. (fols. 153, 154) Certificate from Tho. Ayerst, vicar of Shorne, Kent, for the payment from the parish of St. Mary Woolnoth of Cheyny's yearly bequest, with a receipt for the same. 1677.
  3. (fol. 155) Receipt from And. Crisp for £3. 17. collected in the church for the distressed ministers of Hungary; 25 Jun [1677.]
  4. (fol. 156) Bill for paving before the church. 1677.
  5. (fol. 157) Order to the churchwardens to return a copy of the assessment for the relief of the poor in 1676.
