Incipit in verbis, "— est narratio rei vere et verisimilis. Fabula est narratio rei non verisimilis."

Explicit. "Item si contingat dominum xi. recedere a domo domini i. vel dominum i. a domo domini xi. prospiciaπtque se in iiij, vel viij, vel x, scias te ipsam nunquam habiturum. Explicit iste tractatus."
