Diary kept by Sir William Norris, Bart. ambassador from England to the Great Mogul, containing his proceedings from 12 Sep 1699, the day of his arrival in Porto Novo Road on the coast of Coromandel, to 1 May 1700, early 18th century
The MS. is evidently an autograph; but Rawlinson has inserted a loose slip of paper on which he has written "I find that Sir William Norris was not author of this journal."
