Barlow, Bishop of Rochester (afterwards Bishop of Lincoln), 26 Jul 1607; including the form of Service, a bond given by E. Style that he and his family will twice in the year receive the Holy Communion at the parish church, and the notarial record, with a drawing of the episcopal seal, 18th century
