Hæc in fol. 65 adscribuntur: "Liber Sancte Marie de Rosse Walle, quem. Donatus Okhellay, monachus dicti monasterii beate Marie de Rossevalle, scripsit Dompno Thome Macostela, abbati Rossewalle. Scripsit in monasterio Mellifontis. Et quisquis in hoc libro legerit vel aliquid inspexerit pro scribentis anima oret, videlicet in anno Salvatoris nostri M. quingentessimo primo." Tum aliis manibus hæc adduntur: "Iste liber constat monasterii (sic) beate Marie Evveyn, et omnibus monachis ibidem exisstentibus. Anno Dni m. ccccc. ix. creatus fuit Donatus Okhellay in priorem per conventum de Rossiavale."
