Containing notes in Welsh and English relating to many parishes in Denbighshire and Flintshire, with several in Merioneth and a few other counties.

Prefixed to the volume are:

  1. (fol 1) "Epistola Joannis Merick, episcopi Sodorensis, de antiquitatibus insulæ Manniæ;" transcribed by Hearne from Cotton MS. Julius, F. x.
  2. (fol. 6) Letter to B. Willis from Smart Lethieullier, on Ewenny priory, and monumental inscriptions in Norwich and elsewhere; Bond Street, 4 May 1736.
