The work is "Archaismus graphicus, ab Henrico Spelmano conscriptus in usum filiorum suorum, anno 1606."

At the conclusion are the initials T. B.

The glossary was formerly followed by some poems and epitaphs in English, but these have been torn out of the volume, except an epitaph upon sir W. Raleigh (commencing, "Great heart who taught thee so to dy,") and epigrams "upon Dr. M. elect d. of E." [Martin or Mapletoft, dean of Ely,] and on sir R. L'Estrange.
