Arranged under the names of the tenants in alphabetical order, in three series:

  1. the first extending from 1344 to 1377;
  2. the second containing the reigns of Richard II., and Hen. IV. only, 1378–1413, with a very few entries interspersed of the years 6 and 36 Hen. VI., 8 Edw. IV., and 14 Hen. VII.;
  3. the third containing the reigns of Hen. VIII., Edw. VI., Mary and Eliz., 1509–1595, with a few entries referring to 11, 20, 21, and other years of Hen. VII.
