An index of the churches is prefixed, together with the following papers:
- Note to Dr. Rawlinson from William Bathoe, offering this MS. with the two which precede and follow (MSS. Rawl. A. 387, A. 389a) for seven guineas;
- Memorandum by the son of sir Christopher Wren, that these three volumes (MSS. Rawl. A. 387-389a) were delivered to him by William Dickinson, with a notice of some of the MSS. accounts deposited in the chapterhouse of St. Paul's cathedral;
- Reprint of a proposal by Valentine Knight for rebuilding the city of London;
- Catalogue of all the edifices erected by sir C. Wren, engraved on a pyramid by H. Hulsbergh;
- Printed table of the dimensions of St. Peter's at Rome and of St. Paul's cathedral.
