Many of the coats belong to London families, and are dated between 1606 and 1643.

An index is prefixed.

At fol. 23 is inserted a note to — Graves in Bell Yard (probably therefore the collector of the volume) respecting funeral work for a relative of the writer's named Loggan, signed "Gre. Kg—" (Gregory King) and dated 19 Aug (16)77.

This volume formerly contained more leaves.
