(nos. 1-10) bonds undertaking to repay sums of money: (no. 1) from George Wren to Fulk Barker, fishmonger, both of London, 1605, (nos. 2-9) bonds given to Barker by persons in London, Colchester (Essex), Bramley (Surrey) and Piddington and Nuneham Courtenay (Oxfordshire), 1609-1630, and (no. 10) from Thomas Wakefield of Chichester, bellfounder, to William Roades of Wandsworth[?], Surrey, 1621
  2. (nos. 11-21) bonds given to Barker undertaking to observe covenants in leases not found in this collection: (no. 11) from John Craddock, fishmonger, of London, 1631, (no. 12) a bond from George Yorke, the previous owner of the manor, to Nathaniel Weston of London, 1624/1625, (nos. 13-17) from tenants of Fritwell (Oxfordshire) manor and rectory (purchased by Barker in 1626), 1627-1628, (no. 18) from George Greene of Chichester, tenant of a portion of Highleigh prebend, 1602/1603, and (nos. 19-21) from the Osbornes, tenants of West Wittering (Sussex) prebend, 1622-1629
  3. (nos. 22-29) title deeds of Barker's Piddington and Ambrosden (Oxfordshire) property, 1553, 1598, 1624-1629
  4. (no. 30) acquittance to Mary Barker, widow, from parishioners of Piddington for £20 bequeathed to the poor there by Barker, 1633/1634
  5. (nos. 31-35) deeds relating to the wardship of Barker's daughter, Mary, 1633-1639, including (no. 31) a grant of wardship to Sir Robert Ducy, baronet, and Mary Barker, widow, 1633 (damaged by damp), (no. 33) an extent of the properties previously belonging to Barker held by the Court of Wards 1639, and (nos. 34-35) liveries of seisin of the properties to Samuel Sandys and Mary, his wife, on her coming of age to inherit, 1639
