- File 3, fols. 1-55: Conventions ratified by France and the United States concerning extradition from the French mandated territories, definitions of French powers and the right assumed by the French Government to recruit troops from those territories, 1923-1925. Also the report of the Sixth Committee on the work of the Permanent Mandates Commission covering those territories in 1925 (typescript copies).
