Biographical / Historical

Micro News was a 16-page broadsheet format newsletter published by the Conservative Computer Forum between 1984 and 1989. Its editorial polices were:-

  1. to encourage the effective use of computers by the Conservative Party both centrally and in the Constituency Associations
  2. to convey to members of the Conservative Party the importance to Britain's economy of the information technology and other new, 'hi-tech' industries
  3. to provide a forum in which the Conservative Party and British industry can openly discuss important issues of policy
