Membership Bulletin was a regular newsletter produced by Conservative Central Office for constituency associations, providing guidance on membership recruitment.

The introduction to the first edition states: ‘The successful local and European elections have given every Association an accurate picture of where our supporters live. Over the next few months, it is vital that we use this information to convert these supporters into members. This Membership Bulletin aims to give practical advice and ideas to help with this task. Recruiting new members – or attracting back those who have lapsed – will be a critical part of rebuilding the strength of our Party from the grassroots up.’
