Constituency First was a magazine for incumbent Conservative MPs, first published in October 2010.

The editorial to the first edition, written by Stuart Hand, states: ‘The power of incumbency is vital to our success at the next general election. That’s why the CCHQ Best Practice team are working closely with Conservative MPs to provide practical campaign tools and up to date advice on how you can best serve your constituents throughout the parliament. This launch of Constituency First marks the start of our incumbency programme which will include regular communications to MPs on a range of topics including casework and surgery issues, new media campaigns and the latest legal and compliance advice.’
