Biographical / Historical
Policy Points was a 6-page pamphlet, intended as speaking notes, published by Conservative Central Office, which focussed on a different topic each issue, giving facts, quotes, and comparing the Conservative and Labour record. It was first published in April 1974, replacing Weekend Talking Point alongside Briefing Note (see above). It was published irregularly, but typically not more than fortnightly and not less than monthly. It was replaced by Speaking Notes at the end of 1974.
