A commentary on certain inscriptions found at Rome and other Italian places, written early in the 16th century in an Italian hand
'M. Maruli ad Dominicum Papalem in Epigrammata [i.e. inscriptions] priscorum commentarius', a commentary on certain inscriptions found at Rome and other Italian places, but especially (fol. 1 - end) such as were found at Salona in Dalmatia, and were then in the museum of Papalis at Spalato.
This MS. appears to be the codex Meermanianus referred to (through a copy) in the C. I. L. iii. 274.
There is a criticism of the worth of this collection by John Wordsworth (about 1875).
