Folder C.210. Banaszak, L.J., 1962-1966. Work on guanidated myoglobin and GPDH.

Folder C.211. Bluhm, M.M. and others, 1951-1960. Bluhm was an MRC staff member, working as Scientific Assistant to Kendrew 1952-1955. Includes a little correspondence 1951 when it had been hoped to make the appointment, and Kendrew's analysis and material for 1952 appointment.

Folder C.212. Bodo, G. and others, 1957-1960. Correspondence conducted after Bodo had left MRC laboratory and returned to Austria, on myoglobin research, heavy atom attachment, etc.

Folder C.213. Brändén, C-I., 1962. Brändén spent a year as a temporary MRC staff member. Brief correspondence only, on arrangements.

Folder C.214. Bretscher, P.A. and others, 1968, 1973.

Folder C.215. Coulter, C.L. and others, 1959-1966. Coulter worked 1960-1962 on the 1.5-Å Fourier synthesis computed on IBM 7090, funded by US National Institutes of Health. Includes abstracts of papers given by Coulter at American Crystallographic Association meeting June 1962 on "Recent work on the structure of myoglobin" and "Refinement methods for protein structures" which discuss the work at 1.4-Å.

Folder C.216. Creighton, T.E. and others, 1965-1968.

Folder C.217. Dickerson, R.E. and others, 1957-1968. Dickerson worked at the laboratory, funded by US National Science Foundation, from January 1958 to 21 August 1959 and for a shorter visit July-August 1960. Correspondence on funding, joint and other publications, research plans and results, myoglobin co-ordinates, etc.

Folder C.218. Dintzis, H.M. and others, 1955-1963. Dintzis worked at the laboratory as a Rockefeller Fellow 1954-55, making important contributions to the isomorphous replacement work.

Folder C.219. Edmundson, A.B. and others, 1959-1971. After some delays, Edmundson came to work in the laboratory on amino-acid sequencing, funded by US National Institutes of Health, from October 1960 to September 1964. Correspondence and material about special equipment provided for the work by the Rockefeller Foundation, and subsequently (February 1965) made over indefinitely to the laboratory, are also included.

After returning to America, Edmundson developed an illness attributed to prolonged contact with solvents (in particular methyl-cellosolve) and was obliged to discontinue work on protein chemistry.

Folder C.220. Hart, R.G., 1957-1958.

Folder C.221. Hoppe, W., 1958-1964. Structure factors, phase circles, equipment, other research projects.

Folder C.222. Huxley, H.E. and others, 1950-1955. Research and recommendations, mainly related to Huxley's period at M.I.T. as Commonwealth Research Fellow, his return to the MRC Unit and provision of an electron microscope for his research.

Folder C.223. Jensen, L.H. and others, 1959-1962. Helices in 2-Å and 1.5-Å resolutions.
