A copy of the 1620 ('Orleans') edition of Thuanus's Historiac suitemporis and Commentarii de Vita sua, interleaved, with collations (stated to be by Thomas Carte) of five printed editions (P, D, d, o, f) and copies of some notes; and with the vernacular forms of names of places and persons which occur in the Latin original, entered in red ink. The old and cracked binding is formed out of parchment leases.
