Many letters are from Alexander Burnet, archbp. of Glasgow, 1664-1669 (fol. 14). Fols. 147-166 are more general papers relating to the Scottish Episcopal Church, and include some political papers, such as a copy of lord Lauderdale's charge against the earl of Middleton, Feb.-1663 (fol. 158).
