Hilton (her brother), 1625; to Walter Heveningham from William Pagett ordering him to appear at the King’s Standard at York 1638; letter of safe conduct 1648 for Walter Heveningham signed by Thomas Fairfax.

Writ from Oliver Cromwell, dated 14 July 1657, to the sheriff of Staffordshire and “all constables, bailiffs and officers of the said county” to arrest John Tames of Woodhouses, mason as a “perturber of the publick peace”.
