Photographically-illustrated book containing albumen prints of South America, primarily Lima in Peru. There are also images of the Chincha Islands. The prints credit Henry Dewitt Moulton for making the negatives and Alexander Gardner for making the prints, but Gardener is still credited as the author of the book.
