Bodleian Series of Miscellaneous Facsimiles

  • How to
The facsimiles are from various sources: clippings from printed books, prospectuses and sale-catalogues, as well as original reproductions from manuscripts in the Bodleian, Oxford College Libraries, and in other institutional or private libraries. Only original reproductions from non-Oxford libraries have been indexed (and even these have been omitted where there is now a complete published facsimile). The collection includes facsimiles of Latin, English, Greek and French manuscripts.

All the facsimiles of autographs in MSS. Facs. b. 76-78 have been indexed, by person, in an unofficial departmental index, available on request.
