A 20th century notebook containing calendars and transcripts made by A.H. Thompson:
- (fols. 1-11) calendar in English of 15 deeds (in Latin and English), dated 1524-1534, relating to Allington, Lincolnshire.
- (fols. 12-14) calendar in English of a bundle of 3 Latin deeds, n.d. (temp. John/Henry III), relating to Allington, Lincolnshire.
- (fols. 15-70) transcript in Latin of 11 folios of a fragmentary collection of exempla and similar material. Fols. 1-10 are now MS. Lat. misc. e. 125; fol. 11 is untraced; it contained the end of one exemplum; an exemplum beginning 'Quidam frater inpugnabatur a fornicacione qui veniens in vicum quondam egipti', ending 'et esto solicitus'; and another beginning 'Aliquando ostendit deus quare malis jus permittitur' and ending 'consolacionem scripturarum spem habeamus'.
