Letters patent under the Great Seal being a commission to the right honourable Sir Edward Hyde, Lord chancellor of England, to visit the University of Oxford. Dated July 23, 1660. With Great Seal in brown wax, attached by parchment strips. There is a portrait of Charles II within the initial 'C'.
