Collection of 8 letters from Charlotte Sainton-Dolby to the musician William Hayman Cummings (1831-1915). One, dated "April 6th", must date from 1871, since it concerns the death of Cummings' father, Edward Manley Cummings. The dates of the rest of the letters are not known. Among the letters there is a notice for vocal classes, 1877, with Charlotte Sainton-Dolby and her husband, Prosper Philippe Catherine Sainton (1813–1890).
