Songs and Odes, all except one by Henry Purcell (d. 1695), words and music:
- (fol. 3). Songs from D'Urfey's Don Quixote;
- (fol. 19). Ode for the birthday of queen Mary, April 30, beg. 'Now does the glorious day';
- (fol. 40). 'Ode on St. Cecilia's Day, set to music by mr. (Thomas) Norris, late master of the children and one of the Cathedral at Lincoln', beg. 'Begin the noble song';
- (fol. 64). Music for part of Bonduca, 'no. 19';
- (fol. 78) Ode for the birthday of queen Mary, April 30, beg. 'Celebrate this festivall';
- (fol. 100). Some hymns, one of which (beg. 'O happy man') is stated in a note by Vincent Novello, July 30, 1829 (fol. 123), to be 'probably the only copy extant.'
Arts. 5 and 6 are stated to be Purcell's autograph.
